Responsible Service Training

What is this training about ?

With education at the core of the Wine in Moderation programme, Wine in Moderation has developed a training “Wine for Professionals: from responsible service to sustainable consumption” with the purpose of empowering all the wine professionals out there about the moderate consumption of wine: what is it? what is the science behind it, and why is it important? In this training, we have gathered a great blend of information, useful skills, legal notions professionals should have, social responsibilities and best practices to help them best present wines in a responsible way whether it is in their wineries, in a restaurant, in a wine bar, etc.

With the help of this training and the related materials, professionals will get all the knowledge and tools they need to offer the best experience possible to their customer. Wine professionals should be responsible when it comes to their products, with their millennia of history, their terroir, the pleasure, and enjoyment but also the associated risks in certain situations and among certain groups.
