Spanish wine champions moderation with #VidaConModeración

Spain, home to the world’s second-highest life expectancy, is celebrating the art of balance with a new communication campaign: #VidaConModeración (Life in Moderation). Launched by the Spanish Wine Interprofessional Association (OIVE), the initiative highlights the Mediterranean way of life—enjoying wine in moderation while embracing without limits the joys that truly enrich us, like friendship, affection, and happiness.

With playful messages such as “Perfume in moderation” and “Spicy… also in moderation,” the campaign promotes responsible consumption in a positive, light-hearted way. Videos and other materials are now being shared across social media and sectorial channels, inviting everyone to live longer, better, while embracing moderation.
