Wine in Moderation President to participate in GENSY 2025 in Sicily

Sandro Sartor, President of Wine in Moderation, will participate as a speaker at GENSY 2025 – Congresso Biennale de la Sicilia di Ulisse, taking place from 7 to 9 November 2025 in Palermo under the theme: “Nutrire il corpo, coltivare l’anima: un viaggio tra cibo, vino e ospitalità” (“Nourish the body, cultivate the soul: A journey through food, wine, and hospitality”).

On Saturday, 8 November, coinciding with WiM Day 2025, Sandro Sartor will speak in a session titled “Il vino, un racconto che arricchisce l’esperienza di nutrirsi con un consumo consapevole” (“Wine: A tale that enhances the experience of nourishing yourself through mindful consumption”). where he will discuss how the moderate and conscious consumption of wine can be the perfect complement to a meal, alongside several other experts.

This session provides a timely opportunity to mark WiM Day and celebrate this international day, sharing the message of responsible consumption as a cornerstone for a sustainable future in the wine sector.
