OIVE and FIVIN champion hospitality training to foster wine culture

Wine in Moderation partner FIVIN (The Foundation for Wine and Nutrition Research), in collaboration with the OIVE (Spanish Interprofessional Organisation of Wine), has continued its efforts to train nearly 200 future hospitality professionals, from all corners of Spain, providing them with a more comprehensive understanding of wine: including its cultural, social and health aspects, always in the frame of moderate consumption and guided by sound science.
