FIVIN encourages responsible wine consumption among future hospitality professionals
As part of its educational activities, FIVIN collaborated with the Hospitality School of Girona to deliver a seminar dedicated to responsible wine consumption, healthy lifestyles and scientific evidence related to moderate wine consumption.
During the seminar, students explored the cultural and gastronomic role of wine while also learning about the importance of responsible drinking habits and the risks associated with alcohol abuse.
Led by a medical expert from FIVIN’s scientific advisory team, the session presented current scientific evidence on moderate wine consumption within the context of a balanced diet and lifestyle, alongside current recommendations for responsible consumption.
To complement the training, students also received both FIVIN and Wine in Moderation educational and technical materials, providing useful resources for their future professional careers.
