Oenoppia partners with Wine in Moderation, marking a new step in engaging the full wine sector in responsible consumption
PRESS RELEASE - Brussels, 23/04/2026 – Wine in Moderation is pleased to announce that Oenoppia, the international association representing oenological products, has joined the programme as a Partner, marking an important step in further engaging the full wine value chain in promoting responsible wine consumption.
With Oenoppia’s participation, the commitment to responsibility continues to expand, reinforcing the idea that building a sustainable wine culture is a shared responsibility across all segments of the sector. By joining Wine in Moderation, Oenoppia brings the perspective of oenological product providers—key contributors to the quality, safety, and consistency of wine production—into the collective effort to promote moderation, responsibility, and informed consumption.
“Wine in Moderation is a commitment of the wider wine sector, so after working hand in hand with the hospitality sector, the glass sector, and many more, we are thrilled to welcome Oenoppia, the international association representing oenological products.” Said Sandro Sartor, President of Wine in Moderation.
Oenoppia’s engagement highlights the growing recognition that sustainability in the wine sector goes beyond environmental practices and includes a strong social dimension. By supporting responsible communication and consumption, partners across the value chain can contribute to preserving the cultural, social, and economic value of wine.
“By joining Wine in Moderation, Oenoppia contributes to a global movement that places moderation, knowledge, and sustainability at the heart of how wine is shared and enjoyed.” Said Patrick Ramette, President of Oenoppia.
Through this partnership, Wine in Moderation continues to strengthen its collaborative approach, bringing together stakeholders from across the sector to promote moderation as a key pillar of a sustainable and enjoyable wine culture.
Oenoppia joins a long list of Partners active across the wine value chain. For more information, visit the Wine in Moderation website: https://wineinmoderation.eu/about-wim/how-it-works
