Wine in Moderation Day 2026: mark your calendar for 8 November

Wine in Moderation Day returns on 8 November for its fourth edition. As in previous years, the theme is “The greatest wine? The one that you'll remember”, but this year's campaign has a fresh look, developed by an enthusiastic group of students from the European Institute of Design in Milan. The campaign carries forward a message that's been at the heart of Wine in Moderation from day one: the best wine moments aren't defined by quantity, but by what's still worth remembering the next day.

Each year, organisations across the sector take part in their own way — sharing the campaign on social media, displaying materials in tasting rooms, or building the message into an open day or event. Together, these contributions are what make the day feel like a shared moment across the whole sector, and we're looking forward to seeing how you get involved this year.

To make your participation easy, we will share the campaign package with all our Supporters — visuals, social media materials, print materials and activity ideas to make this day special — through the Wine in Moderation intranet.
