Promoting wine culture through education and expertise

On the occasion of the 2026 JRE International Congress, JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs and Marchesi Antinori launched a new collaborative initiative highlighting wine expertise, terroir and craftsmanship through a series of curated wine guides developed by JRE Sommeliers.

Building on their longstanding partnership, the project brings together six JRE Sommeliers from across Europe, each presenting a wine from an Antinori estate through tasting notes, pairing suggestions and insights into the story behind the wine. The initiative aims to encourage a deeper understanding and appreciation of wine culture within gastronomy.

Released monthly over a six-month period, the guides aim to showcase how wine professionals can promote informed appreciation, education and responsible enjoyment through storytelling and expertise.

As a partner of Wine in Moderation, JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs continues to support initiatives that place wine culture, gastronomy and moderation at the heart of the consumer experience.
