The WINE IN MODERATION logos and symbols are European Registered Trademarks and protected under law. The use of these symbols and logos in commercial communication, communication materials or promotional materials is reserved to members of the WIM programme.

Special conditions do apply for the use of the WIM logo in the labels/packaging of wine products.

WIM programme member is a legal entity that has joined the WIM programme by undersigning the WIM application form committing to implement the WIM programme, disseminate the WIM common message and adhere to the "Wine Communication Standards", committing to observe them in their communication activities, without prejudice of full compliance with the existing regulations and self-regulatory codes in force whatever content, dissemination medium or form they take.
